When will my website be ready?

This really depends on the particular project that is being worked on at the time, the bigger the project the longer it takes. We will discuss delivery times with you at the start and you will have regular updates and revision rounds as we go.

What does it cost?

Because every website project is different, they take a different amount of time to complete. We will quote for the total cost of the build depending on your specific requirements.

Once the site is built we then also manage it for you, so we deal with the hosting, all the content updates, maintenance etc. for a monthly management fee.

We combine the build cost and the monthly management fee together and spread it out into a single monthly fee which covers everything. We typically do this over 12 months, dividing the total cost into 12 monthly payments.

After the first 12 months the build is paid for and only the monthly management fee continues.

What could my website look like?

Ultimately, this is up to you! We will work with you to produce the website you really want. To get some inspiration though have a look at some of our past work.

How many pages can my site have?

As many as you like, although it’s better to keep it to the pages that are really necessary in order to ensure it is easy to navigate and use for your website visitors.

What kind of content can my website hold

Again, anything you like really. For standard artist websites this is usually text (i.e. biography), concert dates, photos, videos and recordings. For company sites this will be more varied and specific to the type of organisation.

How do I edit my website?

You don’t have to! Just send us any new content or other updates and we’ll make the changes for you. If you do want to make edits yourself, we can provide instructions on how to do that, just let us know.

What if I don't know how I want my website to look?

No problem! Get in touch and we can work with you to get an idea of what would work best. We will also evolve your site with you as we work through the design process, so you don’t have to make final decisions before we start. It’s also always worth a look at some other people’s websites for a bit of inspiration. Find some you like and have a think about that it is you like about them. Layout, font, colours etc.

What is the difference between the 'Artist' and 'Company' website?

As the name suggests, and artist site is a website for a musician or chamber ensemble, whilst a company site is a website for an organisation. Company websites are almost always more complicated than an artist website, with more content and often requiring extra functionality such as e-commerce.

What ongoing support do you offer?

Send us your content to update your site when you have something new. We also look after all hosting and maintenance for you.
